We're a small but passionate crew that works around the clock to keep this community welcoming and comfortable. Here's a brief summary of what each staff member's position generally entails. 

Trainees 

Are staff-in-training and are learning about important staffing skills required to assume the later roles. 

Helpers 

Provide polite assistance to players by responding to inquiries about the server, issue minor punishments and maintain a clean environment in the Minecraft + Discord chat. 

Moderators 

Are highly trusted members and overview most player interactions in-game and Discord. They may assist players on matters that surpass helper's ability. 

Developer 

Works closely with the server owners to make sure the server keeps getting regular upgrades , is bug-free, and assumes the administrative powers when necessary.

Administrators 

Grow and develop the server and make sure it's sailing in right direction. They all have their own separate roles in making MC Exotic the best server possible, but they all make sure that everything is well-rounded.
